Today I had the extreme pleasure of teaching at Office Nomads, a local coworking facility in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood.

As usual, Phyzz provided all necesary equipment; people just showed up, took a fantastic yoga class, and returned to work refreshed, revitalized and rebooted!
Office Nomads’ tag-line,“Individuality Without Isolation” could very well be Phyzz’s. It is a fitting slogan for yoga, in that yoga promotes the ability to be comfortable with one’s self in both community and isolation. Yoga clears the mind, enables one to focus on being a productive and conscious member of society and the economy. This is also what makes Office Nomads distinctive: it offers its clients a place where they can find community within, and indeed, in spite of individuality.

Phyzz’s philosophy is to transform the way people work—thereby integrating the regeneration, restoration, and the soulful practice of yoga into “everyday routine”, which is often an elusive thing in the lives of small business owners!

Today, two locally-owned and operated businesses with passions for transforming the way people work came together. Owners Susan and Jacob were just dolls to work with in organizing the class. Thanks, guys!
